For the second consecutive year Russian rhythmic gymnastics starlet Evgenia Kanaeva has swept the Individual honours at the Rhythmic Gymnastic World Championships. Russia took out the team gold medal (290.275) from Belarus (272.500) and Ukraine (269.675). The 2011 edition 0f the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships is being held from the 19th to the 25th of September in Montpellier, France. Being held at the Montpellier Arena, the competition will see both Individuals and Groups take to the floor. In the Group competition, look out for the Russians, Belarussians, Italians, Ukrainians, and those from Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan to make an impact. Evgenia Kanaeva, Daria Dmitrieva and Daria Kondakova won the team competition at the second day of the 2011 Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships held in Minsk this weekend.
